General Terms

These terms govern the sale of products through our online store cncikoni.mk. By placing an order, you accept this agreement.

Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in local currency and include VAT. Payment is processed via Stripe in euros (EUR). The amount in euros is shown on the product page and during checkout.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days. For made-to-order products, the timeframe is 10-15 business days.

Liability

We commit to delivering products within the agreed timeframe and quality. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (courier service, force majeure).
