Right of Return
You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, without explanation. The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Return Process
To return a product, contact us at info@cncikoni.mk with your order number. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Refund
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will refund the amount within 14 days using the same payment method.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or refund the amount.
Made-to-Order Products
Products made to special order (custom dimensions, text, or design) are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
